Ancient Wonders is a 5 reel, 50 line NuWorks Gaming slot machine with a seven wonders of the ancient world theme. The game features stacked wilds on the middle three reels, free spins, a pick a box bonus and three random progressive jackpots. Max bet is 50 coins per spin and coin sizes range from 0.01 to 1.00.

The Scroll symbols are wild and appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 only. While you cannot get five wilds the fact that the Scroll symbols are stacked mean you can get some big multi-line wins on a single spin. The wild Scrolls are also the key to the Ancient Wonders pick a box bonus feature.

Top paying line win is 5,000 coins for five of the Zeus Statues. Second highest pay is 2,500 coins for five of the Colossus of Rhodes and third highest line win is 1,000 coins for either five Hanging Gardens of Babylon or five Great Pyramid of Giza symbols. After these pays the rest of the five of a kind line wins are between 500 and 100 coins.

To win the free spins on Ancient Wonders you need to get three or more of the Gold Coin scatters anywhere on the screen. You then win 7 free spins with increasing multipliers. The first spin is X2, the second X2, the third X3 and so on. The free games can be re-triggered up to three times with each re-trigger re-setting the multiplier count.

The second bonus on Ancient Wonders is the Ancient Wonders pick a box bonus. This feature is triggered every time you get at least one wild Scroll on reels 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. You then move to a second screen stage where you pick ancient wonders to win prizes (Preview). You start with 3 picks but can win up to 4 extra picks.

Each pick can award up to 100X your triggering bet. The seven wonders are as follows,

Once you have completed your picks the total of the bonus prizes are awarded and you return to the reels. In our experience it was quite common to get at least one extra pick and one one bonus we got all four of the extra picks. The biggest possible win from the bonus is 700X your total bet or a big 35,000 coins.
