Online Slots with Linked Progressive Jackpots

The idea of the linked progressive was first invented by International Game Technology (IGT). While the jackpots are not as big online the same principal applies. The first online progressive to become part of a jackpot link was Cash Splash from Microgaming. Not surprisingly these linked games have also paid out the biggest jackpot won online. The record currently stands at $1,626,184.56 won by Ronald H. in February 2003 on the Major Millions slot, part of the Microgaming network.
