Grandma's Attic is a 15 line video slot from Rival. It has a somewhat unusual theme based on as the name suggests the treasures found in grandma's attic. We always like to see a theme that has not been done before and this game definitely delivers on that front.

A quick look at the pay table and we find that this is probably not your average grandma. On the reels you have skeletons which may indicate that the attic is a crime scene but we will give grandma the benefit of the doubt and move on with the game review.

As well as the skeletons you also have skeleton keys, cupboards, rats, crowns, a couch and various fruit symbols. The skeleton symbols are wild and act like a joker for everything but the scattered skeleton keys and bonus cupboards. Getting five skeletons on a pay line pays the top jackpot and the wild also doubles and win it is a part of with the exception of the jackpot.

The five skeletons pay 7,500 coins multiplied by your line bet so you are looking at a very nice 37,500 coin jackpot if you are playing maximum bet of five coins per line. The skeletons also pay the second highest line win of 2000 coins for four wilds.

Grandma's Attic has two bonus games which are won with either the scattered keys or the scattered cupboards. The first bonus is a standard free spins deal which is activated by getting three or more cupboards anywhere on the reels. You win 10 free spins with all wins tripled so the top jackpot jumps to a big 112,500 if you get luck on the feature.

The second bonus is a pick a box style stage which is won bet getting three or more or the scattered keys anywhere on the reels. Once won you move to the attic screen where there are several chests (View Screenshot). You get to pick a chest to reveal your bonus win. If there is a key inside your chest you get to pick again. You keep picking until you do not find a key.
