The game has retained it's $1.50 coin size which is a bit unusual. To win the top jackpot you need to play three coins per spin of $4.50. You can now also win 15% of the jackpot if you play one coin and 25% of the jackpot if you play two coins. Still we suggest playing max bet at all times.

To win the progressive you need to line up three of the Mega Money Mine logos on the pay line. Like most progressive you have a big drop from the jackpot to the next highest pay which in this case is 2,250 coins for lining up three gold bars. From here the next highest pays are 900, 300 and 240.

The update is definitely an improvement over the original version. You have 13 winning combinations compared to 8 and you have bigger pays for second, third and fourth highest wins. If you like three reel slots and $4.50 per spin is within your budget then the game is well worth a spin or two.
