The game has an old navy theme. You have symbols such as ships, flags, captains, cannons and bells all appearing on the reels. You also have the standard playing card symbols of A through 9 which make up the lower pays.

The wild symbol on Victory is the ship. The ship symbol only appears on the middle three reels so you cannot get five wilds. Top pay is 10,000 coins for getting five captains. In a rather rare twist the wild symbols substitute for everything including the scattered flags.

After the top jackpot for the captains the second highest pay is 5,000 coins for five of the men with telescopes. This is a very good second highest pay when you consider that 5,000 coins is the top pay on many of the real series games. From here the 5 of a kind pays drop to 2,000 coins or lower.
