Elvis has left the building and turned up on a video slot. Vinyl Countdown is a tribute to the days when music came not on CD's or MP3's but good old vinyl. THe game uses the five reel, five line format featuring 38 winning combinations which include a wild symbol and a scatter pay.

Vinyl Countdown comes in a total of eight coin sizes with a penny being the lowest and $2 being the highest. Max bet is one coin per line giving you a total of nine coins per line. This means you can get in on the groovy action for as little as nine cents per game or as much as $18 a spin.

All of the symbols on Vinyl Countdown are reminiscent of the era. They include an Elvis like character, a young girl, a jukebox, a disco ball, dancing shoes, a Vinyl Countdown logo and assorted food items such as milk shakes.

The top jackpot available is 1,000 coins for hitting five Vinyl Countdown logos on an active pay line. The wild jukebox symbol substitutes for all other symbols but has no separate payoff for five wilds - you simply get the five logo win. Next highest pay is 900 for five elvis symbols followed by 700, 500 and 300 coins.

While the game has no additional bonus features it does have quite a large range of mid to high pay offs apart from the top prize. This means that the chance of winning these pays is quite good. The lower paying food symbols start paying if you get just one or two symbols which makes for a high hit rate.
