Witches and Warlocks

Witches and Warlocks s one of three slot machines linked together by the Frightmare progressive jackpot link. All of the games have a spooky theme with the others being Zone of the Zombies & Vampire Bats. The games all share a progressive link with two jackpots starting at $500 and $5000.

Witches and Warlocks is a 25 line video slot with an animated bonus screen game. It has a top prize of 5,000 coins and max bets of between 25c and $500 per spin. As the name suggests it has a black magic theme with black cats, spell books, cauldrons and of course a witch and a wizard on the reels.

The wizard symbol is wild and pays the top prize of 5000 coins for lining up five. The witch is a scatter pay symbol and pays between 2 and 100 times your bet which at max can pay up to 2500 coins. In total there are 38 winning combinations with some good mid level prizes on offer.

The scattered witch symbols are the key to the bonus stage. Land three or more anywhere on the reels and you win a shot at the bonus. Here you have to select which character you would like to be and then choose two items to use as spells during the battle between the two (View Screenshot).

Once you have selected your spells you move on to a battle scene where the witch and the warlock fight to the death. You win a bonus prize for every spell fired at your opponent. If you win you then get an additional prize based on the amount of health you have left. If you lose you get a bonus based on the amount of damage you did to your opponent.

Witches and Warlocks is another great slot machine from Cryptologic. The graphics are great, there are a lot of good jackpots on the base game, big wins available on the bonus stage and the added bonus of the fact that at any time you can win one of the two Frightmare jackpots.
