Baywatch Heatwave

As the name suggests, the Baywatch Heatwave slot machine is based on the Baywatch TV series. It is the officially licensed game so you have the stars such as Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff appearing on the reels and in the bonus game. The game is powered by Wagerworks (IGT).

The base game is a 5 reel, 9 line slot machine. You have the option of betting between one and 5 coins per line. There is a definite advantage to playing max bet as the highest jackpot of 25,000 coins can only be won if you are playing maximum bet. Max bet ranges from £9 to £225.

If you choose to play less than maximum bet the highest possible win is 2,500 credits multiplied by your line bet. The wild symbols substitute for everything but the two bonus symbols. In total there are 46 different winning combinations so the game has quite a high hit frequency.

There are two bonus features which are the Rescue Bonus and the Decision Time Bonus. The rescue bonus offers the biggest rewards so we will take a look at that first. To win the rescue bonus you need to line up three Rescue Bonus symbols aligned left to right on any active pay line.

Click spin to roll the dice. This reveals how many positions you will move around the board. Any win you land on is multiplied by your line bet. On the trail there are three Super Wheel Bonus positions. If you land on one of these you get a shot at up to 1,000 coins on the inner wheel.

Once you have had your three moves the total of the wins is added and the bonus ends. Seeing as the wins are multiplied by your line bet the bigger you bet on the reels the bigger the potential wins on the bonus.

The second bonus feature is the Decision Time Bonus. This is a reel based bonus which is activated by getting three of the Decision Time symbols anywhere on the last three reels. The reels then expand to reveal three Baywatch characters. Select one to reveal your bonus win.
