Double Magic Megaspin Review |
The Double Magic classic slot machine is one of the oldest online slots. It first appeared online way back in 1995 and was an instant hit with players. This was mainly due to the fact that it is very similar to IGT's Double Diamonds.
Now you can enjoy the original Double Magic with the MegaSpin format. This means you can play 4, 6 or 9 games at the same time. While the idea seems like it would be similar to multi-hand video poker this is not the case. Each game spins independently from the next.
The game still has all of the same pays of the original. These include a 1,600 coin top jackpot for the three blue stars, a 200 coins win for the three sevens and a 100 coin win for the triple bars. As with the original the blue star is a wild multiplier symbol. Get one or two as part of a win and you get paid double or quadruple the value on the pay table.
Because you can play up to nine games in a single bet, Microgaming have lowered the minimum coin size to just ten cents. With a two coin max bet you are looking at a maximum of 18 coins a spin if all nine games are selected. (12 coins for six games and 8 coins four four games). This makes max bet at the ten cent coin size $1.80 for all nine games.
