Thor - The Might Avenger is a 5 reel, 30 line video slot that is part of the Marvel Jackpots range of slot from Playtech. The game is based on the 2011 film and features three different bonus games as well as four random progressive jackpots. Max bet is 30 coins and coin sizes range from 0.01 right up to 20.00.

The Thor symbols are wild and appear stacked on reels two and four. While you cannot get five wild directly from a spin you can get five with the Lightning Free Spin and the regular free spins. Getting five Thor symbols pays the highest line win of 5,000 coins.

Thor - The Might Avenger has two reel based bonuses that are triggered with the stacked wilds on reels 2 and 4. Getting a full reel of wild Thor symbols on the 4th reel awards the Lightning Free Spin. Once triggered a free spin is won with 2 to 5 wilds added to the screen. This is the first way to hit the top jackpot of 5,000 coins for the five wild Thor symbols.

The free spins on Thor are triggered by getting a full reel of Heimdall symbols on the middle reel. During the Jotunheim free spins the Thor symbol is added to all reels and stacked on reel three. The frozen Laufey symbol is also added to all reels and acts as an extra wild. Any win with the Laufey symbol is frozen in place for one spin so you get the same win twice or an even better win if other symbols increase the win.

Again the free spins continue until you get a full reel of Heimdall symbols on reel three which sends you back to the Rainbow Bridge to select another orb which can take you back to the free spins, to the Earth free games or back to the base game.
